Wow, some of those events which occurred sound unreal man.

The best to whatever project you move onto to next, maybe when events come back together we can host the overdue 'chip-disco' night at a another time/place in future :)

Battle Lava - fairly epic, yeah :) We all escaped a stabbing, thankfully.

Joseph - cheers! New Syphus tunes will still keep coming, mind - probably no less frequently than they currently do ;)

This is sad sad news for me, only listened to your stuff for two years or so but you opened me up to a new side to chipmusic which i was blissfully unaware of at the time. I wish you all the best for any future projects and I hope to see you in 2014 when you make some kind of sabrepulse-esk return ;)

Hi Syphus,

I'm working on an academic style paper for a post-graduate music history course, and have chosen to write on chiptunes. I've been in contact with an artist named Alex Yabsley AKA Dot.ay who suggested that you might have some articles/writings/papers that would be great reads. If you have any .pdf's or even just want to chat some time (I'm sure that you're super busy) please let me know. If you do have time, however, I also have a short interview questionnaire that I'd love to have you fill out. Thanks for anything and everything!

yeea!!

was thinking of a feature to use chipdisco(dj?) with only one soundcard. settling for mono, you could send a master output on the left, and a cue on the right. then you would only need a little adapter-split-thingee to turn your laptop into a funky rhumba dj system!
